Description:

Since qualifying as an online supervisor I have been supervising supervisees who are working all over the world, which means that I am thinking all the time about international and jurisdiction issues, which of course are not always easy to be clear about. I provide supervision both to individuals and to groups.

If you are looking for an online supervisor I would encourage you to just book one session with me first to see if you like the way I work.

Supervisors Information
Online Supervision Diploma:

2016 OLT Diploma in Online Therapeutic Supervision

Experience of supervising online:

I only supervise online and having completed a diploma in online supervision means I also have the training to provide online supervision. I work with supervisees both in groups or individually. I also work for companies who have teams of therapists working online who need to receive their supervision online.

Supervision model I mainly use:

I find Inskipp and Proctor’s (2001) process model extremely useful as they give a structure to work with, these summarising as Normative (managerial aspects), Formative (training and learning aspects) and Restorative (emotional support aspects).

Other models I am conversant with:

Page S & Woskett V. Cyclical model
Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet Process model
