I practice from a humanistic integrative approach which means that I use theories and techniques from various psychotherapeutic perspectives. I also use a relational analytic approach which uses the relationship between therapist and client to explore and deepen the work. I have developed this way of working based on my own values, but more importantly so as to be able to work in the way that best suits your needs. Above all, it is the therapeutic relationship that I believe to be the most important aspect in healing and development. I use techniques that include Gestalt, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
